Appointment’s Only Please

NO WALK-INS  please. In order to maintain supreme service to our clients, we service by scheduled appointment only. You cannot be guaranteed assistance in person at “Elevate" when you visit by "pop-in", as we may be conducting an orientation or service with reserved clients. You will be extended the same courtesy when you arrive for your session once an appointment is scheduled for you. We will never make exception's for this rule; our customers are everything to us and they deserve their right to our 100% attention as well as their own privacy.

 

Our appointment’s are as follows:

Monday-Sunday

10:00 AM,     NOON,     2:00 PM,     4:00 PM,     6:00 PM,     8:00 PM

Although our float sessions are 75 minutes. Please plan on being at Elevate for 90-110 minutes.

Please book appointment’s online. 

If you would like to book an appointment for the same day please call us at (661)678-0061. At Elevate we try to accommodate our customers, but booking the same day is often difficult. We recommend booking as far ahead of time as possible.

Please arrive fifteen minutes early for appointment’s. Please call to reschedule an appointment if you will be more than ten minutes late. Rescheduling appointments without a 24 hour notice will result in a $35 fee.

 

Cancellation policy

Elevate Float Center has a 24 hour cancellation/reschedulling policy.  If you miss your appointment, cancel or change your appointment with less than 24 hour notification, you will be charged a $35 fee.  This policy is in place out of respect for other customers who were unable to book that time slot.  Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice are difficult to fill, and by giving late notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule that time slot. No show appointments will be charged a $65 fee as it provides us with no opportunity to fill the slot.
